iChat software has two modules :-
Internal chat :- Internal chat program helps the employees to send and receive instant messages with their colleagues permitted by the administrator. Through this module, they can send data and transfer files. Each employee is monitored by the higher authority.
Live chat :- Live chat helps the Customer to chat with the department they prefer. If no one in the selected department is online then a mail will be sent to the corresponding department head’s mail. If someone is online then the customer can chat with that person. The chat will be redirected to a staff base.
